Construction of New Townhomes Begins!

Modern New Townhomes — The Oxford and Westin are under construction. These new townhomes offer an open floor plan on first level featuring a large family room open to a dining room and kitchen complete with island and pantry. The second level features a large owner’s suite with double bowl sinks and separate shower and tub, plus a large walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms and one bath complete the second level.

Construction has begun on the next phase of luxury townhomes at The Townes at Devonshire. Plumbing is in the ground and footings have been poured. The basement wall is underway. Check back soon for more construction updates.
